Make the draw distance smaller
Make TNT launch differently depending on draw distance
Have TNT launch distance be adjusted with /magic boombow distance <1/2/3>

(moved custom ammunition to new Issue)

Have settings be savable
Have TNT be owned by a player
Show current settings
Change particles to smoke
Make fuse ticks adjustable
