Description: Town colours for a user does not update when joining a town. This issue also occurs when leaving a town and joining another one.

Steps to Reproduce:

Leave town.
Join a different town.
Type in chat.
Observe user still having their old colours.

Result: User still has their old colours.

Expected Result: User has their colours updated to reflect their status in a new town.
