Description: Broadcast messages are individually sent to each sender as a reply on public channels.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Send a message in the public chat
  2. Create a broadcast message from the server

Result: The message is duplicated, the second one pinging you

Expected Result: One message with no pings
