**Description: Town Chat echo received

Steps to Reproduce:

Have a connected TC or NC channel on an associated Discord Server
From the connected channel on the associated Discord Server, have a town member send a string into the channel

**Result: The user's text entry is flagged as sent and processed via reaction, and the resulting string is echoed back to the channel as if it originated from the Minecraft server

**Expected Result: Mirroring the core plugin, only the discord message should remain, plugin listener should ignore the message
