Added /discord reset Minecraft command as a workaround for #64
- Some fixes/changes done to correctly handle disabling and re-enabling the plugin
Fixed error handling that caused town/nation chat channels to disconnect when a different town's /tc or /nc was used (#58)
Checkmark reaction is now stored per-channel so it won't be removed seemingly randomly
/connect command now shows the help text, if no arguments given (#55)
Fixes related to stopping Minecraft chat on shutdown (or reset)
