Description: The join/leave messages show twice after running the command, then three times when run again etc.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Run /discord reset in Minecraft
  2. (Optional) Run /discord reset again after it finishes

Result: Either two or three join or leave messages each time someone joins or leaves.

Expected Result: Only one join/leave message is sent.
