Unsure what is going on, but for whatever reason, it does not appear this respects custom biome settings within the custom dimensions.

I am able to get it to load worlds with custom dimensions, but it only seems to partially work - it uses the worldgen settings from the biomes, but its not respecting all the other settings such as sky color, music, particles, etc.

Nevermind, I will close this.

After initial load, it must have required a server reload.

Scratch that - it appears that it was working because i added the hyperverse mod. I suppose that sort of makes sense, but its not what one would theoretically expect I guess.

Final Comment. I was able to get this working alone without using Hyperverse by modifying the level.dat of the base world with nbtexplorer to add the new dimensions. this fixed worldgen.

as a fix, this plugin should probably modify the level.dat to add the dimensions - not sure if thats possible?
