Add missing blocks to Builder job #43

There are four categories of blocks that I would like us to consider adding to the Builder job. "Probably just got missed", "Highly recommended", "Decorative items", "Plant decorations".

This is the feature request for the first category "Probably just got missed". Each of these has related blocks already in the config file, and no apparent reason for exclusion.

Glass (20)
- Stained glass blocks are already in it.
Sandstone (24)
- Sandstone stairs and slabs are included.
- Red sandstone blocks are included.
Birch and Jungle stairs (135 and 136)
- All the other wooden stairs are here.
