Add decorative blocks to Builder job #45

There are four categories of blocks that I would like us to consider adding to the Builder job. "Probably just got missed", "Highly recommended", "Decorative items", "Plant decorations".

This is the feature request for "Decorative items". These are blocks are used often to embellish a build with style. Including the finishing touches of a build seems like player behaviour we should encourage. Please carefully review the following blocks and provide feedback on if they should be included.

Cobweb (30)
Iron door (71)
Cauldron (118)
- Used for sinks
Tripwire Hook (131)
- Used for faucets
Slime block (165)
Carpet (171)
Banners (176 and 177)
Wooden doors (193-197)
