Add plant decorations to Builder job #46

There are four categories of blocks that I would like us to consider adding to the Builder job. "Probably just got missed", "Highly recommended", "Decorative items", "Plant decorations".

This is the feature request for "Plant decorations". It seems to me that, if you're placing leaf blocks or something, that you're probably finishing a building job. Therefore, these blocks should belong in the Builder job as well. I'm open to other feedback.

Leaves (18)
- Acacia and Dark Oak leaves are included (161)
Grasses (31 and 32)
Flowers (37 and 38)
- These are currently in Farmer, but why?
Flowerpot (140)
Taller flowers (175)
