Describe the bug
The published and accessible Dynmap has a lot of inaccurate depictions of claim locations, specifically related to outposts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Shop Island
Make your way to the Redguard Shop (140,530)
Plot is claimed by Redguard
Check Dynmap at the same location, no claim is presented
Check Dynmap 430,530
Dynmap presents an outpost claim that doesn't exist

Expected behavior
Dynmap Claim overlays should be in the correct locations

As of right now, the reported behaviour is resolved. We should try to do a root cause analysis, and try and figure out why it broke in the first place.
