Buunch of fixes (TownColor)
...
- Banned the color black
- Made the color list colored (when using an invalid color)
- Finished displayname-refactor (hopefully)
- /u ncolor will now show how your name looks
- Using the display name in the Tab list
- Nickname handling fixed in NColor
- Smaller fixes
