Updated Jobs Plugin

Added breaking melons to Farmer job
Nerfed cocoa beans in Farmer job
Added glass blocks, sandstone, birch and jungle stairs, concrete, glazed terracotta, lapis lazuli blocks, all purpur, end stone brick, frosted ice, magma, nether wart block, red nether brick, and bone block to Builder job
